30 Days to Healthy Living & Beyond is a clean-eating healthy reset and habit change program. The program is about feeling good and aging well. It is an opportunity to hit pause for 30 days to practice healthy living from the inside-out.
A bit about my personal journey and 30 day Success Story:
I love helping people live healthier and happier. It’s my business but I’m also human and deal with the same sort of unhealthy habits everyone does. I battled with my relationship to food and a distorted body image starting in my young adult years. When I was in college, I obsessed about my weight and how my body looked, which led to all sort of unhealthy eating and exercise behavior patterns. I counted every calorie. I starved myself, did a lot of funky “diets” and exercised myself into huge caloric deficits. I had low self-esteem which included mentally and emotionally beating myself up for not looking the way I thought I should, hitting a specific number on the scale and for eating “bad” at any given time. I know firsthand how hard coming to love and accept yourself can be. My journey to becoming a health and fitness professional was born out of this struggle. In addition to academics and continuing education, I did self-growth and personal development that gave me new and healthier perspectives that I’ve brought into my life and work. It’s been my quest to help anyone who is ready to commit, to become healthy from the inside-out, stronger, and more confident in adopting and maintaining healthier habits that will serve them well for a long, long time.

I was introduced to Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond Program by a dear friend and now one of my Arbonne partners. Being a health and fitness professional, I was skeptical at first, but I’m like everyone else and have habits that don’t serve me. I was ready to break free from them for good, so I said, why not! I’ve always had a mean sugar tooth. I love sweets and enjoy my wine and was feeling the consequences of too much indulgence. While weight loss wasn’t my main goal for doing the 30 day program, I lost some body fat and that bloated feeling disappeared. I have healthier dietary habits and a more balanced and healthy relationship with food. My digestion issues resolved. My skin looks so much better. I’m getting quality sleep, am more mentally focused, and I have abundant energy to keep going through the day! I no longer struggle with intense sugar cravings and as far as alcohol, I can take it or leave it (never thought I’d say that). My 30 journey proved I could maintain healthier eating habits and could proudly share the 30 with anyone ready to feel better and live healthier!

Dr. Tanda Cook is a naturopathic doctor, food expert, published author, and a HUGE fan of the Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living Program. Dr. Cook specializes in how food affects the body in positive and negative ways and is passionate about educating her audiences on healthy living.
What you can Expect After Enrolling
•You'll be plugged into the Private FB Group for info week. Info week starts the week prior to the 30-day program to help you get organized and prepared. You'll get access to meal plans, recipes, grocery lists and lots of educational information from your Coach.
•During the 30 Days, you'll receive strategies, resources and tools to keep you on the path towards your goals making the program turnkey and fun.
•You are never alone on your 30 journey! I will be your personal Coach and everyone in the FB group is on a journey to feel better and become the healthiest version of themselves. There is always someone to laugh, share and get inspired with.
•After your Arbonne30 ends, we don't just leave you hanging. We plug you into our Healthy Bodies & Happy Hearts private FB page where you'll continue your healthy living journey and gain access to resources to serve your body, mind & spirit.
